Party in Paradise

The 2025 Great Barrier Reef Masters Games social program was a standout highlight of the week. Each event on the Esplanade brought athletes, supporters, and friends together to celebrate, connect, and enjoy the best of Cairns after the competition wrapped up each day.

From the high energy of the Opening Ceremony to the unforgettable Closing Party, every night was well attended and filled with plenty of laughter, dancing, and great memories. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many saying the social events were just as memorable as the Games themselves.

Thank you to everyone who joined in the celebrations – you helped make the 2025 Games such a success both on and off the sporting field.
